- The collection and use of information fr0m databases of comparable sales of properties and businesses in order to establish comparative values
- Information from buyers and potential buyers of real estate properties and business
- Details of properties, owners, and tenants, to be used for the purpose of managing and leasing both residential and commercial property
- Data obtained from third parties for the use of marketing, selling, and leasing real estate properties and businesses
The above information is required in order to best facilitate the sale, purchase, and lease of real estate property and so that all parties involved are ensured of receiving the most efficient and professional service and information possible.
Riverside does not contract out its services to third parties that involves disclosing personal information
Persons who do not wish their personal information to be used for any purpose should advise Riverside accordingly and make arrangements for payments, recording of necessary details well in advance of those services required and anticipated of Riverside. Riverside will respect those wishes and intentions.

These websites are composed and conducted by third parties and Riverside has no control over the content or the information collected and displayed on those links and/or websites. Users are advised to refer to these websites and/orr sources directly to obtain details of the privacy policies relevant to the information provided.

Accessing Personal Information held by Riverside Real Estate
In accordance with NPP guidelines, persons are entitled to obtain access to personal information held by this agency. Subject to the relevant exemptions contained in the NPP’s and subject to an individual providing sufficient evidence of his/her identity, this agency will provide access to information that it holds relating to that individual. The agency may charge a fee for the provision of this information based on the administrative cost of supplying the information.
Riverside requests for the purpose of clarity that any requests for access to personal information be addressed to the Privacy Officer
Should Riverside believe that it is entitled to refuse a request for access to information or to make corrections to the information provided, written reasons and justification will in this case be provided
